We produce our dry-aged beef the old-school way! We start with healthy, cattle; no older than 30 months.
Under USDA inspection, the cattle are hung in an air-flow controlled refrigerated locker for up to 28 days.
The beef is then processed by our butchers into a variety of cuts and sizes
and then vacuum sealed to meet or exceed the most discerning customer expectation!
Dry-aged beef is a bit more expensive that fresh beef due to increased costs in production.
However, you will find the beef to be “beefier” and of exceptional taste, and the meat to be unbelievably tender.
You will also find that our dry aged beef IS priced right!
